- Vendors and agents accessible through the platform are independent third parties. KeyList is not responsible for their acts or omissions.
- You are solely responsible for all decisions related to your property and transaction, and agree to consult licensed professionals for legal, financial, and contractual matters.
- KeyList maximum aggregate liability is capped at $500 or fees paid in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.
- Disputes are subject to binding individual arbitration under AAA rules, with a class action waiver.
- You agree to indemnify and hold KeyList harmless from claims arising out of your use of the platform, your property transaction, or your violation of these Terms.
