About KeyList AI

We built the platform we wished existed when we sold our own homes.

KeyList AI gives homeowners every tool a top listing agent uses — pricing intelligence, marketing copy, offer analysis, and guided transaction coordination — without the 5–6% commission that comes with it.

Who We Are

A team of real estate veterans and AI engineers.

KeyList AI was founded by people who had spent careers inside the real estate industry — as agents, brokers, appraisers, and transaction coordinators — and who understood exactly where value was created and where it was extracted.

The founding team combined that domain knowledge with deep expertise in large language models, applied at a moment when AI had finally become capable enough to replace — not just assist — the cognitive labor behind a residential sale.

What We Do

AI agents that handle the work, not just the paperwork.

Our platform runs coordinated AI agents through your transaction: an intake agent that qualifies your property, a pricing agent that delivers a three-pass CMA modeled on FNMA appraisal methodology, a listing agent that writes platform-optimized marketing copy, an operations agent that coordinates vendors and tasks, and a transaction assistant that tracks your closing milestones and sends updates at every stage. Licensed professionals handle escrow, contracts, and funds.

Overseeing all of it is your AI Transaction Coordinator — a unified interface for deal status, risk alerts, offer analysis, next-step guidance, and seller chat. Internally it runs a risk-detection system that monitors for known transaction failure patterns and surfaces issues before they become problems.

Why It Matters

The commission model wasn't built for the seller.

The traditional listing agent earns 2.5–3% of your sale price regardless of how straightforward or complex your transaction is. On a $500,000 home, that's $12,500–$15,000 for services that are increasingly automatable. We built the automation.

Radical Transparency
Every AI output shows its reasoning. Every pricing recommendation includes the comparable data behind it. You always know why — not just what.
Seller-First Design
We built every feature by asking: does this genuinely help the seller, or does it recreate the gatekeeping the industry already perfected? If it's the latter, we cut it.
Professional-Grade Tools
FSBO shouldn't mean going in blind. Our AI is built on the same methodologies used by appraisers, attorneys, and transaction coordinators. We made those tools accessible — without replacing the licensed professionals who handle the legal and financial work.
No Hidden Agendas
We don't earn referral fees from agents, title companies, or lenders. Our only incentive is a platform worth paying for — which means our incentives are aligned with yours.

Work smarter. Earn on your value.

KeyList connects licensed agents with FSBO sellers at the moments they actually need representation — offer review, negotiation, MLS input, or closing support. You earn for the specific value you add, not for showing up at the beginning and collecting a full commission.
